Period of Stay: Late March to the end of May 2025 (approximately 2 months) Room Number: 3xx Number of Guests: 1 Review: The room was spacious enough for a single guest and I had a comfortable stay. Housekeeping came once or twice a week, and the room was always kept clean. Laundry facilities were available for 3 CAD per wash and 2 CAD per dry, cash only, but the front desk was happy to exchange coins. The reception staff were all very friendly and always helpful. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Suggestions: 1. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. I found it better to turn it off when sleeping. 2. The water pressure in the shower felt a little weak. Perhaps it could have been fixed if I had asked the front desk.
It was with great pleasure staying here at Red pine inn. The receptionists were very nice and accommodating. The place was quiet and clean. The inn is not an updated one. But what's important is, the place, the beddings were maintained clean and fresh for their guests. My special thank you to Cora, to the manager, to Chris and to the other staffs who were being very patient and accommodating to our requests. ( Pardon me if I forgot the names of the other nice staffs Red pine inn)
Super friendly staff! The layout is a bit odd. It's more like a motel than a hotel but it has an amazing vibe to it. The restaurant food was average, but the waitress was great. Seems like a great place for family's, has a nice looking play park on site. Pool is a good size, although pretty basic. Hot tub is basic as well. Has a sauna and a fitness room, although we didn't use those so can't say how they were. If you're looking for a clean, friendly, happy place to crash this is definitely it.
We stayed for a hockey tournament in the hotel area. They placed us all together on the 1st floor which was great. Rooms were decent and clean. Staff was very friendly
Absolutely recommended this place. We had such a good experience. Big rooms, with kitchen super cozy and everything clean and organized. We could give 6 starts but we don't because the only negative thing was those neck killer pillows haha... Please, someone on charge the management or somebody CHANGE THE PILLOWS PLEASE.
The Red Pine Inn provided great service and hospitality throughout my stay. the rooms were clean and relatively spacious. The staff also went above and beyond in tracking down and returning an item I left behind at the Inn. I would highly recommend this inn and its great staff on all accounts.
Awesome place to stay...front desk were very professional...very clean rooms...staff treated us excellent...would highly recommend this hotel...
Room was as advertised. Though it did have a smell. Service was excellent! Front desk very welcoming and helpful. The house keeping service employee Liz was beyond helpful. My 2 year was sick through the night in his crib. She came gathered all the soiled blankets and pillows-washed them and brought them back all clean! I cant thank her enough.
